Customer Care and Support

Ensuring all our staff meet our code of ethics is hugely important to us. All staff have set guidelines which they have to adhere to whilst on premises, along with a customer support book which is checked on every clean.

Any issues can be raised in this book and we strive to give a satisfactory response to all queries. All health and safety issues, meeting rooms occupied, and anything else relevant is noted to in order for our cleaning operatives to be aware. Also, we have email updates sent to the office and regular site contact from area supervisors on at least a quarterly basis as per customer request.
